Professional Officer (All Levels) (Electronics Engineering - SPICE / RaPID)

The Professional Officers Division (POD) houses two Innovation Centres – Rapid Product Innovation and Development (RaPID) Centre and SIT-Poly Innovation Centre of Excellence (SPICE) Centre. The RaPID Centre aims to guide businesses in their innovation and value creation activities through rapid product development and sample production while the SPICE Centre aims to support local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their technology-driven transformation, innovation and talent development initiatives. These Innovation Centres house a dedicated pool of Professional Officers who come with specialised and deep technical skills acquired through extensive industry experience. Professional Officers work with industry partners to co-create commercially viable solutions. They deliver on projects that help the industries and businesses to move up the innovation value chain. While working on these projects, Professional Officers will have the opportunity to be equipped with applied research skill sets that are relevant to industry demands. The success of these initiatives will bring about deeper collaboration with key industry stakeholders that will translate the industry engagement into more innovation projects with SIT.

The End User Computing (EUC) team is a function of the Communications and Information Technology (CIT) division. Assistant Manager, Office of SITizen Experience (Leadership Development)

Assistant Manager, Centre for Digital Enablement

Assistant Director/Senior Manager (Digital Systems and Technology), SITLEARN Professional Development

SITLEARN Professional Development is the lifelong learning division of SIT, an Autonomous University. We aim to be a key CET partner in Singapore with a social mission for lifelong learning. We offer competency-based stackable micro-credentials, stackable and standalone Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses for working adults to upgrade their skills and knowledge for the workplace. We are seeking the job holder to lead a small team and take charge in innovating and optimising our operational processes through use of digital systems, tools and technologies. The job holder will contribute towards the transformation of SITLEARN processes, involving other divisional branches, to enhance efficiency, productivity and user experience while not comprising on governance. The job holder will oversee our current Training Management System (TMS) and a new system that SIT has been working with the vendor since 2023. This new system will integrate customer relationship management (CRM) and student management system (SMS) and be linked to SkillsFuture Singapore's Training Partners’ Gateway for data synchronisation.   The job holder will also oversee policies related to user role approvals, data governance operations and compliance to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in our systems.
