The Senior Assistant Manager supports the planning work for the organization, including event coordination and secretariat duties across various teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings and events
  • Provide secretariat support to internal and external meetings for the team
  • Manage the Management Dashboard project, including liaising with other divisions to request for data access, working closely with the IT Division to set up the Dashboard
  • Manage and coordinate requirements with vendors
  • Manage and coordinate procurement of project expendables
  • Maintain and update the Document Classification and Retention Policy
  • Assist in other adhoc projects as and when required

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
  • Preferably with at least 5 – 8 years of work experience in an Institute of Higher Learning
  • Experience with Planning work in the areas of Business Excellence and Enterprise Risk Management would be an added advantage
  • Experience with secretariat work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience with data analytics and data visualization tools would be an added advantage
