Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant to the Vice President (Planning)

  • Organises and manages his appointments schedule
  • Organises and arranges travel arrangements for local meetings and overseas trips
  • Screens telephone calls and visitors
  • Provides general administrative support to the Vice President (Planning)
  • Provides support in areas pertaining to the Vice President (Planning)’s involvement in external bodies

Administrative functions supporting Teams and Divisions in the Office of the Vice President (Planning)

  • Provides general and administrative support to teams and Divisions reporting to the Office of VP (Planning)
  • Supports specific activities and functions within the Planning Office as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and oral command of the English language
  • Workshop organisation and facilitation and analytical skills are an advantage
