SITLEARN Professional Development helps working professionals connect the dots between theory and real-world application by creating industry-relevant, authentic learning experiences. Developed in consultation with industry, SITLEARN Professional Development’s portfolio of continuing education programmes emphasize the integration of theory with hands-on application, and are co-taught by SIT faculty and industry experts.
Our unit is fast expanding and we are seeking a Assistant Manager, CET (Operations and Programme Management) who will support the SITLearn team in the administration of CET/SkillsFuture, Upskilling and Reskilling programmes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with programme and participant logistics, including but not limited to booking of venues, facilities, local transportation, flights and accommodation for overseas faculty and food catering
  • Liaise with participants and instructors on registration and attendance matters, and maintain proper internal records on programmes and participants
  • Collate and analyse programme evaluation
  • Attend to day to day enquiries about CET programmes and subsequent follow-ups
  • Onsite support for programs and ensuring day-to-day execution of programmes
  • Provide support to manage/prepare/track programme-level reports, etc.
  • Timely invoicing and payment of honorarium and claims
  • Preparation of certificates after each programme
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of events/roadshows/presentations
  • Assist in finance related operational matters via SAP system
  • Assist in preparing for audit, both internal and external audit
  • Assist the team in any other administrative duties


  • Possess a good diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience or Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant experience 
  • Having prior experience with SAP is preferred
  • Prior experience in administration support in educational settings would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer oriented and positive work attitude
  • Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details
  • Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
