SITLEARN Professional Development helps working professionals connect the dots between theory and real-world application by creating industry-relevant, authentic learning experiences. Developed in consultation with industry, SITLEARN Professional Development’s portfolio of continuing education programmes emphasize the integration of theory with hands-on application, and are co-taught by SIT faculty and industry experts.

Our unit is fast expanding and we are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager/Manager (Data & Digital Projects) who will support the marketing and digital content development for the Continuing Education and Training unit for the University.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiating and managing digital projects dealing with SITLEARN Professional Development data
  • Collecting, analysing and providing data insights to the stakeholders
  • Role includes launching digital initiatives, mounting courses, managing portal, CRM and leveraging on data to provide insights
  • Stakeholder management - collaborating with other divisions for deliverables
  • Experience in managing ITQs / vendors related to digital / data related projects
  • As part of the Marketing & Digital team, to provide possible support for existing offline outreach initiatives e.g. events
  • Possible help in marketing of programmes through various platforms (eg. EDMs, SEM, SEO, social media)

Requirements

  • The digital and data-centric environment is your playground
  • University Degree or tertiary related equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in data visualisation tools essential, preferably in QlikSense
  • Good understanding of digital outreach channels preferred, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), web analytics (eg. Google Analytics), social media
  • Working knowledge with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (eg. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowhow of MarTech initiatives preferred eg. customer data platforms, virtual assistant, web scraping
  • Able to take initiative to make suggest solutions in making data usable and relevant to the division
  • Energetic individual who is able to prioritise, work independently, has strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member with multiple stakeholders
