The Assistant Manager is required to support the administration of credit bearing modules and programmes and entails heavy involvement in system development and integration, setting up academic programme structures, module registration, examinations, results processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of a system for Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes
  • Coordinate with the CET Division on the implementation of new CET programmes
  • Establish CET processes, including set up of academic programme structures, module registration, examinations and result processing
  • Formulate policies and process to integrate CET student data


  • Degree holder with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the higher education sector
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
