The incumbent will report to the Manager,  Estates- Campus Development and will be responsible for providing assistance and support for all documentation matters including relating to Audit for Campus Development project.



General Office Administration

  • Responsible for providing general clerical duties and data entry on word, excel and power point files.  
  • Assist on Document management duties which would encompass general printing, filing, scanning etc. and other like duties. 
  • Assist and coordinate on internal audit documents, meeting set-ups etc.


  • Min. Nitec or Diploma in Business Services, Business Studies, Service Skills or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate or general office services. Prior experience in documentation and clerical duties preferred. 
  • Self-driven and team player.  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and VISIO.
  • The employment will be on 1 year contract, subject for renewal
