Marketing and Digital Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiating and managing digital operations dealing with SITLEARN Professional Development courses (digital and face to face)
  • Learning Systems – Managing an online learning initiatives and continuous improvement of the use of learning management systems
  • User Experience – Enhancing learner experience with flair in digital course curation, leveraging on data and design thinking for continual improvement.
  • Role includes launching digital initiatives, mounting courses, managing portal and incoming queries, CRM and leveraging on data to provide insights
  • Research and analysis – Performing analysis of industry, market benchmarking and conducting primary, secondary research
  • Administer surveys and focus groups to gather needs and curate relevant courses
  • Experience in technology platforms selection, integration - Helping in the planning, procurement, evaluation, selection, implementation and integration of new marketing systems
  • Business process redesign - Managing, reviewing and streamlining marketing processes.
  • Lead management - Initiating and improving method of lead nurturing with business development and marketing teams
  • As part of the Marketing & Digital team, to provide possible support for existing outreach initiatives
  • Marketing of courses / programmes through various platforms (eg. EDMs, SEM, SEO, social media)
  • Other CET project responsibilities and duties that will be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • The digital environment is most certainly your playground
  • The candidate would need experience in both data and digital learning.
  • University Degree or tertiary related equivalent with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in continuing education or adult learning or in a related field.
  • Seasoned in stakeholder management - collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for purposes of buy-in and providing deliverables
  • Energetic individual who is able to prioritise, work independently, has strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and MarTech initiatives preferred

Digital Learning

  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in conceptualising, deploying and analysing eLearning technology platforms (for example, micro-learning, MOOCs)
  • Experience in analysing data on digital courses to improve learner experience

Marketing

  • Good understanding of digital outreach channels essential
  • Hands on experience in search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), web analytics (eg. Google Analytics), social media, customer relationship management (CRM) systems (eg. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowhow of MarTech initiatives preferred eg. customer data platforms, virtual assistant, web scraping.
