Developed in consultation with industry, SITLEARN Professional Development’s portfolio of continuing education programmes emphasize the integration of theory with hands-on application, and are co-taught by SIT faculty and industry experts.
Our unit is fast expanding. We are seeking a Assistant Manager, CET (Operations and Programme Management) who will support the SITLearn team in the administration of CET/SkillsFuture, Upskilling and Reskilling programmes
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CET courses with support of a team to ensure smooth execution of courses for best customer’s experience.
- Work with various stakeholders, both internal divisions (HR, Finance, Estates, Registar Office etc) and external stakeholders such as funding agencies, for the end-to-end administration of CET related matters, inc.
- Maintain proper records on programmes and participants via the use of systems.
- Assist to collate and analyse programme evaluation, manage/prepare/track programme-level reports.
- Assist in design and implementation of processes into internal/external systems.
- Assist to review, improve and/or formulate processes or controls to improve productivity and/or governance, as necessary.
- Assist with key projects as required (e.g. events / roadshows / presentations / organise and provide secretariat functions etc).
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Customer oriented and have a positive work attitude
- Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
