  • To provide leadership and strategic direction to the Enterprise Application team.

  • To establish an application framework and architecture and adopt application development best practices as well as lead the team in exploring the use of innovative IT technologies in fulfilling its operations and services for our stakeholders.

  • To plan, implement, manage and support SAP ERP systems for HR and Finance as well as maintain optimal operational uptimes for this systems.

  • To research, plan and implement the next tech refresh growth path of SAP ERP systems for both HR and Finance in alignment with our Cloud Digital transformation strategies and goals. This major project(s) includes market/industry research, meticulous project planning, detailed implementation, accurate data and peripheral systems’ integration migrations, thorough user acceptance testings, adequate communication and training plans and smooth transition to the new BAU (business-as-usual) and proper business users and stakeholders’ management.

  • To manage and oversee all IT application projects supporting the University Admin Group (UAG), Industry & Community Group (ICG) and Corporate Business users.

  • As a part of the management team, you will be required to assist the Director in running the day-to-day operations of the division, initiating and implementing process improvements and managing subordinates.





  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with at least 15 years of ICT working experience or Higher Diploma in equivalent disciplines with at least 20 years of ICT working experience. Out of this working experience, at least 10 years are in management and leadership position.

  • Experience in establishing enterprise applications framework and architecture. Knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle, able to manage the scope of requirement, review application design and deliver cost effective solution to business users and stakeholders.

  • Strong experience in SAP ERP implementation with proven track records working with both HR and Finance stakeholders across the full core ERP suite

  • Experience with integration of core SAP modules with other systems such as Data Analytics Dashboards, RPA Scripting, and other peripheral systems preferred.

  • Good planning skills in corporate-wide IT Application Framework planning, IT budgeting and resource planning.

  • Good leadership skills with track records in project management, change management, stakeholder management and vendor management.

  • Experience in mid to large scale, enterprise application project management. Certification in CITPM or PMP preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to translate technical terminology, concepts and issues in terms that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical management staff

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Strong mentoring skills and good team player
