Responsible for operation support of the audio visual (AV) setup in the 6 SIT satellite campuses as well as future Punggol Campus.
Assist on integration, configuration, implementation and administration of audio/video equipment such as AV Systems & Teaching Aid, Lecturer Recording System, Video Conferencing system and Wireless presentation system.
Expected to support events conducted in Physical as well in Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate, plan and manage Audio Visual project implementation in the SIT buildings.
2. Deploy and administer new audio / video hardware and software.
3. To facilitate and provide technical/event supports for the Classroom, Lab, meeting room and other areas that have Audio Visual System
4. Act as a liaison with AV integrators for troubleshooting/fault rectifications
5. Responsible for any audio / visual-related duty, including scheduling, end-user coordination and training, troubleshooting, repairing and installing AV equipment.
6. Operate and maintain AV equipment that are used to record and display sound and images at live events.
7. Operate videoconferencing / teleconferencing equipment for executive presentations and meetings.
8. Respond and resolve user support requests.
9. To establish and document operation processes for effective and efficient Audio Visual Operation Support.
10. Candidate is expected to work with contractors and consultants on Punggol project beside those operation requirements.
11. To provide after office hours support when necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Good diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology with 3 – 5 years of experience in a large enterprise.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Audio Visual System, Lecturer Recording System and Video Conference is a must. Candidates with relevant technology certification or experience in broadcasting technology will be an added advantage.
3. Prior working experience in educational institutions will be advantage.
4. Understanding of Microsoft technologies, basic networking, remote communications such as Zoom or MS Teams.
5. Ability to perform audio-visual troubleshooting
6. Possess Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Strong project management skills
8. In view of SIT’s distributed model, Staff may be assigned to report to work at different location.

1. Other than technical knowledge, he must have good communication skill with supervisor, colleagues and staffs.
2. Good Customer Service towards the staffs who request for service and support.
3. Positive attitude and Team Player.

Major Challenges

1. Must be able to handle large campus environment, and support multiple sites.
2. Expect to assist supervisor on New Punggol Campus.
