The Centre for Learning Environment & Assessment Development is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the administration and management of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings which includes preparing meeting agenda, dissemination of meeting materials and recording meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Centre and all its driven activities which includes, workshops, seminars, retreats, conferences etc.
- Manage procurement purchases, review terms and conditions of purchases and other general support to finance/budget related matters.
- Other duties that will contribute to the success of the role.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
The successful candidate will be offered a one-year temporary contract.
