We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our dynamic team, focusing on the management of mainly work attachment and employment data, including extraction, analysis, and reporting from various systems, as well as the administration of surveys within the division. As part of the operations team within the division, the candidate will also assist in various administrative, event and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Quality Management

  • Create, design, and maintain data sets and tables in Excel.
  • Design and formulate surveys required in the division.
  • Transform data sets into insightful business reports and visual content, including charts, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform data analysis and triangulation to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to build dashboards, offering a centralized, visual representation of key data and metrics for quick and informed decision-making.
  • Join the systems team on project meetings and contribute to user requirements and testing on data platforms.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on the division’s budget.
  • Manage purchase requests and follow up on payment procedures, voucher and gift management.
  • Provide support in managing the division’s hotline or general mailbox.

Event & Logistics Support

  • Support the on-site setup of career events, training workshops, and outreach activities, particularly during orientation for freshmen.
  • Collaborate with the organizing team and vendors on catering, logistics, audio-visual equipment, and marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data management, events and logistics management, and general administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Meticulous and enjoy dealing with numbers.
  • Strong ability in data collation, data sense-making and visualisation skills.
  • Cheerful, team-oriented, and forward-thinking with good initiative.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
