The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, will be part of the Business, Communication and Design Cluster (BCD) under the Academic Programmes Administration Division. This role will be stationed at SIT@Punggol. He/She will provide administrative support in the areas listed below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the operations of BCD programmes and modules.
- Administer and coordinate timetabling / scheduling of classes, as well as assist in booking of facilities.
- Assist in student enrolment and module registration.
- Assist in procuring materials required for the modules.
- Manage and monitor programme budgets, expenditures and assets.
- Organise and manage events such as talks, workshops and meetings.
- Assist in preparation of exam reports and slides.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for meetings including minutes-writing.
- Work closely with counterparts across all programmes.
- Other assignments as required by the Module Leads, Director of Programme, Programme Leader, Reporting Officer or Director, Academic Programmes Administration.
Requirements:
- A Degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning.
- Preferably with experience in a similar position/education environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Familiarity with automation tools, Systems Thinking and Lean Transformation models would be an advantage.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A highly motivated individual and a good team player.
