Our Training Management System (TMS) supports the end-to-end CET learner journey, from course setup and registration to enrolment, attendance, funding administration, certification, and reporting. As we continue to grow our CET offerings, we are looking for a motivated individual to support system improvements, process digitalisation, data quality, and operational efficiency across SITLEARN.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, system vendors, and stakeholders to implement practical digital solutions, support business transformation initiatives, streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and contribute to practical digital solutions that support lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support AI and Digital Enablement Initiatives
- Support practical AI and digital initiatives across SITLEARN, including maintaining simple trackers for use cases, progress updates, and benefits.
- Work with business units to understand operational challenges, gather basic requirements, and document possible AI or digital solutions.
- Assist in designing, testing, and supporting simple AI-enabled or digital solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, workflow automation tools, analytics platforms, and other approved technologies.
- Support user adoption through documentation, user guidance, simple training materials, and post-implementation follow-up.
- Support responsible AI practices and participate in relevant AI Communities of Practice or workgroups, where required.
Support Process Improvement and Automation
- Review business processes and identify practical opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and digitalisation.
- Assist in process improvement activities using automation tools and AI-enabled approaches, where appropriate.
- Support the development and maintenance of simple workflows, digital forms, dashboards, and productivity tools.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process notes, and implementation support details.
- Help track outcomes and operational improvements arising from assigned process improvement initiatives.
Support SITLEARN’s Training Management System
- Support system-related changes, ensuring all change requests are justified for implementation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and documentation of test plan and test results.
- Provide support for SITLEARN’s Training Management System, including basic administration, user support, issue tracking, testing, and coordination with internal users, CIT, and vendors.
- Coordinate with CIT and vendor to resolve TMS performance issues and recommending improvements or enhancements as needed.
- Support any other administrative duties or projects as required (e.g. data-entry, collate and analyse data for management reports and/or presentations etc).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, system support, digital operations and process improvement.
- Exposure to system enhancement or digitalisation activities, such as requirements gathering, basic process mapping, user testing, issue tracking, or implementation support.
- Able to understand user needs, identify practical improvement opportunities, and support simple digital or process solutions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand operational needs, system issues, and user considerations.
- Good understanding of enterprise systems, workflow tools, data management, reporting dashboards, or low-code platforms will be advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare concise documentation, guides, and training materials.
- A driven, curious, and motivated team player who is comfortable experimenting with new technologies, learning independently, and translating ideas into workable solutions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- A passion for improving user experience, service delivery, and productivity through AI, automation, data, and digital solutions.
- Experience with AI tools such as MS Co-Pilot, Claude and Gemini will be advantageous.
- Experience with tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OpenCerts, digital forms, reporting tools, or workflow platforms will be advantageous.
