Act as a digital innovator to create of IT-enabled business capabilities to support the SIT’s digital transformation and data strategies. Act as a business analyst to work closely with the business users to articulate business requirements, perform user acceptance test and handle issue management.
Business Analyst
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and process improvements, supporting the delivery of effective digital solutions.
- Operates with responsibility for project delivery and stakeholder engagement at the functional and cross-functional team level.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and user-focused.
Digital Business Strategist
- Apply structured methodologies such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Experience Design to facilitate the development of IT-enabled business capabilities.
- Value-add to business users by providing advice on best practices in exploiting appropriate technology, reviewing and improving their work processes
Change Management
- Support change management initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in business analysis, system analysis and project management.
- Proactive, quality-conscious, self-starter with an analytical and methodological mind.
- Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Good verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and IT-enabled business capabilities.
