About the Role
The job holder will grow the SITLEARN Executive Education (EE) portfolio by fostering partnerships and managing the development and delivery of high-quality courses to meet client and workforce needs.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development, Account Management and Partnership Development
• Manage and grow new and existing client accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Assess client needs and industry opportunities, develop and sell winning proposals, and manage legal documentation.
• Plan and deliver events to drive revenue and grow mindshare.

 

End-to-End Programme Development & Quality Assurance
• Support faculty and training partners to develop and implement new courses.
• Understand client needs to facilitate course development for Singapore-based and overseas audiences.
• Ensure programme quality and conduct post-course reviews. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme development, marketing, and delivery.
• Join taskforce meetings with senior management to review EE course progress and growth.

 

Financial, Operations & Performance Reporting
• Prepare and manage course budgets.
• Project revenue for portfolio courses.
• Prepare and collate reports on course performance.
• Monitor and track course progress and outcomes.

 

Improve Business Processes
• Identify and improve existing processes.

 

Additional Responsibilities
•Other duties as assigned to achieve organisational goals.


Education, Relevant Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with at least five years of relevant experience in business development or industry partnerships; preferably in Executive Education and with regional/international exposure.
• Proven track record in B2B business development and partnership management, and/or B2C lead nurture and conversion.
• Excellent project management skills, able to manage the full programme lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• People-centric with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and committed individual.
• Able to think critically and is an agile problem-solver.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and Generative AI software.
• May be required to travel occasionally.
