Manager, HRBP & Talent Acquisition (7-month contract)

Key Responsibilities

•    Support HR Business Partners in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programmes across assigned business units.
•    Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer administration, and onboarding arrangements.
•    Support hiring managers and HR Business Partners in recruitment administration and talent acquisition activities.
•    Maintain and update recruitment records, employee data, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•    Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and recruitment dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning.
•    Assist in the administration of performance management exercises, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programmes.
•    Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
•    Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and HR procedures.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
•    Liaise with candidates and internal HR team members to facilitate recruitment and HR operations.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
•    At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
•    Good understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
•    Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
•    Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
