We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both strategic HR functions and end-to-end recruitment. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies while ensuring the organisation attracts, hires, and retains top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning HR and hiring strategies with business goals 
•    Partner with business leaders for workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs and building talent pipelines to support business expansion 
•    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding 
•    Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hiring decisions 
•    Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions 
•    Partner with stakeholders to deliver organisational change and job redesign initiatives
•    Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans 
•    Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies 
•    Monitor and analyse HR and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates) to improve effectiveness 
•    Maintain accurate HR records and continuously enhance HR processes and systems
•    Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field 
•    At least 8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and HRBP exposure 
•    Strong written and verbal communication with effective stakeholder management capabilities 
•    Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
•    Proficient in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) 
•    Analytical, resourceful, and able to derive actionable insights 
•    Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and ability to build trust across levels
