We offer a diverse portfolio of upskilling programmes designed to support career transitions, deepen professional expertise, and foster continuous growth.

The Role: Championing B2C Growth for Lifelong Learning

SIT is on a mission to grow our impact among individual learners (B2C) in Singapore’s workforce by making lifelong learning accessible, relevant, and inspiring. To support this, we are seeking a mission-led, full-funnel marketing enthusiast to join our dynamic marketing team.

As Senior Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, generating interest and leads, enabling enrolment and building an engaged community of learners for SITLEARN’s growing suite of upskilling programmes, such as Executive Education, SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes, Competency-based Stackable Micro-credentials bachelor’s degree offerings, and more.

  • Leverage a mix of digital, social, content, email, search, and offline channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with learners, combining the art of storytelling with the science of user behaviour and business metrics.
  • Use data to drive decisions. Track campaign performance, optimise for ROI, and experiment with new approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with programme, faculty and lead development teams, external partners and agencies to bring campaigns to life, and goals achieved.
  • Be bold, be curious. Test, learn and iterate to find what works best for our learners and our mission.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • Data and tech-driven mindset with experience in performance and productivity optimization using data and tech tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies with clarity and consistency of messaging.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and innovation.

  • Highly adaptable to changes and challenges, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and chaos.
