We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications professional to support the planning and execution of stakeholder communications and engagement efforts, with a focus on B2B audiences. This role plays a key part in strengthening SIT’s relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly industry partners, by fostering collaborations and cultivating meaningful relationships to reinforce our positioning as Singapore’s University for Industry.

 

As a member of the Corporate Communications team, you will partner closely with various divisions across the university to develop and deliver impactful communications that support key institutional initiatives and industry collaborations. The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and content development skills, as well as a keen understanding of B2B engagement.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and support the planning and execution of key stakeholder engagement initiatives, including but not limited to industry announcements and milestone events

 

  • Manage and work with industry-facing divisions to develop and implement communication strategies and plans

 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver clear communications for university-wide policies, initiatives, and organisational developments.

 

  • Content creation across different platforms and formats, including but not limited to presentations, newsletters, speeches, reports, videos, and digital media, with a focus on B2B content

 

  • Track engagement outcomes to guide future enhancements in communication effectiveness.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in stakeholder communications, B2B content development, or strategic engagement roles

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

  • Demonstrated ability in crafting clear and concise messages and content for defined audiences and channels

 

  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce for stakeholder management and communications planning

 

  • Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills
