This role will provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Conduct user requirement analysis for enhancements, analyse business information needs gathered, translate into requirement specifications, and secure user signoffs.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users.
- Assist the configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Role-Based Permission and provide support during system upgrades and patches.
- Plan, coordinate, conduct and document end-to-end unit and system integration testing, and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system integration issues with related platforms, such as payroll or other systems.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and build good rapport.
- Collabrate with vendors and team members on application maintenance, testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in project implementation activities where required.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices regarding system data and user access.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors support and configuration, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience across multiple modules, including Role-Based Permissions, Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors integration points with other business systems like S/4 Hana, Concur and 3rd party systems.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and Data Analysis System will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and an excellent team player.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively analyse functional requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, both at a functional and technical level.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with system testing, user training and documentation.
- SuccessFactors certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
- Experience in HR technologies and processes with a focus on automation and efficiency will be an added advantage.
