We are seeking a committed individual to join SIT’s Advancement Office (AO). The incumbent drives operational support for Advancement Operations & Services by governing procurement and supplier engagements, strengthening business controls (assets, access and risk), and delivering shared services that enable fundraising and donor engagement teams to execute effectively, compliantly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement governance for AO, including sourcing strategy, ITQ and ITT processes, vendor due diligence, documentation standards and payment prerequisites.
- Drive operational excellence by improving request workflows, forecasting demand, analyzing spending and supporting contracting approaches that improve value for money and service outcomes.
- Maintain governance of AO physical assets and inventory, strengthening traceability and compliance through fit-for-purpose controls and records.
- Deliver shared AO administrative services, such as meeting support/administration, and workplace coordination—to enhance productivity and consistency across AO.
- Leverage AI technologies to provide self-help advancement related administrative services that improve compliance through clear and consistent guidance.
- Administer role-based access to AO collaboration platforms and donor systems, ensuring timely provisioning/de-provisioning and adherence to data confidentiality and security requirements.
- Represent AO for business continuity and record management imitative in partnership with relevant corporate divisions and internal AO functions.
Job Requirements
- Degree preferably in Information Technology, Finance or Business Management
- 2-3 years of work experience in office operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Copilot+Studio etc.)
- Familiar with Procurement or Finance related systems, highly preferred, but not mandatory
