The Centre for Digital Enablement (CoDE) drives digital transformation initiatives within SIT. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, CoDE enhances digital literacy and supports digital innovation across the campus. This includes applied learning initiatives, such as the Living Lab, SEED Digital, Digital Competency Corridor, and VR Classroom.

 

The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (Digital Platforms & AI Enablement) will support the development and adoption of AI and digital platforms by driving structured analysis, evaluation, and validation of solutions. The role ensures clarify of problem statements and practical viability of solutions, while providing coordination and operational support for platform initiatives and education-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

 

A. Platform Analysis, Evaluation & Testing

  • Analyze problem statements, user needs, and emerging AI use cases and translate them into structured requirements, solutions approaches and actionable next steps
  • Evaluate AI tools and digital platforms against defined requirements, including functionality, limitations, scalability and operational considerations
  • Conduct structured comparisons and provide recommendations to support decision-making and adoption
  • Perform user-centric testing of platforms and features to validate functionality and real-world applicability
  • Identify gaps between expected and actual system behaviour, including edge cases and workflow inconsistencies
  • Support pilot implementations and experimentation of AI tools, including analysis of results, gathering feedback and refining approaches
  • Work closely with product owners and technical teams to clarify requirements, refine solutions and ensure outcomes are practical and implementable
  • Support exploratory initiatives where problem statements or use cases may not be fully defined, helping to identify opportunities, frame problems, and propose initial approaches
  • Document findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner to support decision-making and reuse across initiatives

 

B. Operational and Educational Support

  • Support CoDE’s digital learning initiatives under DiCE, including SEED Digital, Digital Competency Corridor, and VR Classroom.
  • Support execution of AI-related initiatives such as hackathons, challenges, and workshops, including coordination and follow-up of key deliverables
  • Support preparation and review of materials for AI and digital platform initiatives, ensuring clarify and alignment with intended use cases
  • Provide operational support for digital learning spaces and platform-related activities

 

Job Requirements

 

Hard Skills

  • Ability to analyze problem statements and translate them into structured requirements and actional items
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, systems, or data workflows is advantageous
  • Exposure to AI tools or digital platforms is a plus

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability, especially in ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to explore new tools and approaches
  • Ability to think critically and challenge assumptions where needed
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas, findings, and recommendations clearly
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, technical teams, users)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
