You will work closely with our HR partner to provide a full suite of HR function for our Associate Faculty, including but not limited to contract issuance, monthly payroll and benefits processing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Director of Programmes and Programme Leaders, and/or relevant approving authorities on the engagement of Associate Faculty.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for Associate Faculty.
  • Liaise with external vendor(s) for timely and accurate processing of Associate Faculty contract issuance, payroll, payments, medical claims etc.
  • Provide administrative support to Associate Faculty i.e. visitors for their official travel (e.g. pre-trip arrangements like booking of air tickets, accommodation etc).
  • Take ownership of processes and anticipate and/or identify operational issues and preempt/resolve the issues.
  • Prepare reports/statistics for data-driven decisions.
  • Other projects as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma with significantly more experience will be considered 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative and/or operational roles 
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll and/or contract management will be an advantage
  • Prior working experience in a tertiary education institution is preferred
  • Meticulous, with the ability to work accurately with contracts and numbers
  • Proactive, takes ownership of work, and able to anticipate, identify and resolve issues that affect the success of own's work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT savvy and proficient in systems such as Power BI, SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office
