The Senior Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and enrolment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing automation, website content management, EDM creation, and copywriting, with strong project management skills to deliver end-to-end marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
• Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and move them through the funnel.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to support accurate tracking of lead interactions, including call outcomes.
• Build and optimise customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and segmentation strategies. Automated workflows (via SFMC) aligned with lead behaviours and lifecycle stages.
• Segment audiences and ensure personalised, automated communications align with call engagement history.
• Maintain data integrity, contact history, and compliance.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Data/IT teams for CRM integration and automation enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Web Management
• Create, update, and optimise webpages and landing pages to support campaigns and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure webpages align with campaign objectives and conversion goals.
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets.
Content & Copywriting
• Develop compelling copy for campaigns, social media, web content, and marketing collateral.
• Craft persuasive messaging for different audience segments, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex offerings into clear, benefit-driven content.
EDMs & Direct Marketing
• Conceptualise, design, and execute EDMs (electronic direct mailers) to drive engagement, event sign-ups, and course enrolments.
• Manage email calendars, A/B testing, and performance analysis to enhance effectiveness.
Integrated Marketing Activities / Event Management
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
• Plan and produce marketing-relevant materials.
• Manage student ambassador programme, including recruitment and training of student ambassadors for marketing-related activities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on event performance, providing actionable insights.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in higher education, training institutions, or digital-driven industries.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency in website content management systems; basic HTML knowledge preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with proven copywriting experience.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign reporting dashboards).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A team player with initiative, creativity, and a data-driven mindset.
