Lead Development Executive / Senior Executive

 

Reports to: Senior Manager, SITLEARN Department: Marketing & Insights

 

Role Overview

 

The Lead Development Executive/ Senior Executive supports the end‑to‑end lead management process, assisting in qualification, conversion, call follow‑ups, and event activities. This role focuses on executing lead‑nurturing tasks through timely follow‑ups, accurate CRM updates, and personalised outreach to improve conversion rates. The position is responsible for supporting lead conversion and follow‑up activities across all open programmes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Development

  • Handle inbound, outbound, and event-generated leads under guidance from the manager.
  • Apply lead scoring criteria to prioritise sales-ready leads.
  • Execute lead follow-up workflows and ensure response timelines are met.
  • Support onsite events to encourage lead conversion.
  • Record call outcomes. (e.g., connected, follow-up needed, disqualified) CRM & Marketing
  • Update and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of lead interactions.
  • Assist in segmenting audiences and sending personalised communications aligned with engagement history.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in lead records.
  • Liaise with Data/IT teams to support CRM integration and automation improvements.

 

Analytics & Reports

  • Track lead funnel performance and report call-to-conversion ratios.
  • Monitor lead follow-up response rates.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  • Share insights with marketing teams to refine lead acquisition strategies.

 

Qualifications

 

Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of experience in CRM, lead development, sales support, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Exposure to event management and outreach activities.
  • Familiarity with lead follow-ups in a CRM-integrated environment.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, funnel stages, and lead nurturing.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
