Reports to the Senior Manager, Human Resource (Planning and Rewards) (P&R). Responsible for end-to-end support and delivery across Performance Management and Rewards cycles, employee benefits administration and HR reporting/analytics. Where required, the role will collaborate with and/or report to other team members within the team on assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage performance management and rewards activities, including but not limited to planning of annual appraisal cycles and timelines, administering the performance management module in HRIS, supporting HRIS enhancement and testing, preparing staff communication materials, organising performance and rewards calibration sessions, collating and distributing rewards outputs, preparing rewards letters and related documentations etc.
• Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of employee benefits (e.g. insurance/ medical benefits, leave), ensuring alignment with organisational guidelines, compliance requirements, and employee needs. Act as a subject matter expert to provide input into policy development and enhancements, and advise stakeholders on benefits and leave matters to support consistent application.
• Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) reporting and claims, vendor and broker coordination, renewals, invoicing, and procurement processes.
• Support the preparation, update and/or completion of manpower reports, workforce analytics (e.g. attrition, staff profile etc), surveys and dashboards, including but not limited to supporting data collation/ validation and submission for benefits and rewards surveys.
• Coordinate inputs across HR teams and/or other divisions, support data validation to ensure data accuracy for planning and reporting.
• Review and enhance processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness. Provide inputs to support relevant policy reviews.
• Provide project management support for P&R initiatives, including but not limited to scheduling of meetings, preparing documentation, approvals tracking, tender/ admin follow-ups, as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support team priorities.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing employee benefits programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and legislation.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, preparing written communications, reports, and presentation decks.
