Senior Assistant Manager, Centre for Career Readiness

Roles and Responsibilities

  

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage training and consultation schedule for all programmes 
  • Track, manage and maintain accurate training programmes schedules, students’ records and reports
  • Analyse training programme evaluations and prepare evaluation reports for periodical updates
  • Plan and coordinate logistical setup with various divisions for Face-to-Face (F2F) and hybrid training sessions
  • Manage and administer training-related systems and online platforms that support all training programmes
  • Manage the pre/post-training programmes communication with students and other stakeholders
  • Streamline work processes and improve workflow handled by career education team
  • Provide in-session support to trainers at physical, virtual and hybrid training sessions
  • Perform secretarial duties such as to schedule, manage and record notes of meetings
  • Support annual training budget planning and monitor the budget expenses
  • Support induction events and prepare e-information packs for incoming students
  • Support intra-division initiatives and events
  • Other duties as assigned by Director, Centre for Career Readiness

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least three (3) years of working experience in similar or related field
  • Candidates without experience should have the relevant qualifications and willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Passionate with a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to relate to students and understand issues/problems quickly
  • Adaptable to change and prepared to work in areas with no precedence
  • Capable of working and performing under minimum supervision
  • Responsible, with a positive work attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
