Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage training and consultation schedule for all programmes
- Track, manage and maintain accurate training programmes schedules, students’ records and reports
- Analyse training programme evaluations and prepare evaluation reports for periodical updates
- Plan and coordinate logistical setup with various divisions for Face-to-Face (F2F) and hybrid training sessions
- Manage and administer training-related systems and online platforms that support all training programmes
- Manage the pre/post-training programmes communication with students and other stakeholders
- Streamline work processes and improve workflow handled by career education team
- Provide in-session support to trainers at physical, virtual and hybrid training sessions
- Perform secretarial duties such as to schedule, manage and record notes of meetings
- Support annual training budget planning and monitor the budget expenses
- Support induction events and prepare e-information packs for incoming students
- Support intra-division initiatives and events
- Other duties as assigned by Director, Centre for Career Readiness
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least three (3) years of working experience in similar or related field
- Candidates without experience should have the relevant qualifications and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Passionate with a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to relate to students and understand issues/problems quickly
- Adaptable to change and prepared to work in areas with no precedence
- Capable of working and performing under minimum supervision
- Responsible, with a positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
