Developed in close collaboration with industry and professional bodies, our programmes are designed to address evolving workforce needs and support career growth and transition opportunities. In alignment with the next phase of SkillsFuture, which envisions local universities as “Institutes of Continuous Learning”, our division is expanding its suite of CET and SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) offerings. We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented professional to support the delivery and administration of these programmes and contribute to a seamless learning experience for our learners.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Programme Administration and Learner Support: Support the end-to-end administration and operations of CET and SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTP), including learner registration, attendance tracking, assessment coordination, learner communications, record maintenance, and accurate documentation in compliance with organisational and funding requirements.
  • Programme Logistics and Delivery Coordination: Coordinate programme logistics, including venue bookings, classroom setup, vendor arrangements, and support for courses conducted in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Stakeholder Coordination, Systems and Process Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various functions, manage account setup and account-related enquiries to support billing operations, support process improvement initiatives, and undertake other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake ad-hoc assignments and other duties as assigned to support the operational needs and priorities of SITLEARN.

 

Job Requirements 

 

  • Degree holder, or Diploma holder with at least two years of relevant experience in programme administration, operations, learner support, or related functions.
  • Prior experience in continuing education, training operations, programme coordination, administrative support, or event logistics will be an advantage.
  • Organised, meticulous and comfortable managing records, schedules, logistics and documentation, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Service-oriented, responsive and proactive, with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage learners, colleagues and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with online learning, webinar or digital collaboration platforms such as Zoom will be an advantage.
