Position Overview
SITLEARN is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Assistant Manager to join the Client and Partner Development (CPD) team. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of client and partner development projects for SITLEARN's professional development programmes which includes but not limited to supporting new client acquisition, client accounts management, partnership and programmes development, and stakeholders engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with expertise in project administration and management, and keen orientation towards sales and business development, solutions selling and a passion for shaping the future of learning.
- Business & Programme Development
- Bring Applied Technology Leadership (ATL) / Executive Education (EE) courses and projects from idea to fruition.
- Support new client acquisition via proposal development; and working with industry partners on process-related and developmental projects and initiatives.
- Work with local and overseas industry contacts to support new leads generation.
- Convert new leads (B2C) to meet optimal learning efficacy of ATL / EE courses.
· Stakeholder Engagement & Account Management

- Contribute to divisional revenue targets by working closely with academic staff(s) and industry partners, maintain client/account management, and ensure visibility of all business development opportunities & progress, including revenue projections and delivery.
- Develop and manage local and overseas partnerships (e.g. Collaboration Agreements) with internal & external stakeholders such as funding agencies, public sector agencies, and Institutes of Higher Learning.
· Support Management Reporting and Presentations

- Preparation and collation of presentations and regular reports for management on business development activities.
· Process Excellence

- Preparation of partnership agreements with internal & external stakeholders such as external facilitators, funding agencies, public sector agencies, and Institutes of Higher Learning, including follow- through on CPD upstream administration.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on marketing, outreach activities, and downstream administration.
· CRM Data Management

- Ensure accurate records and prompt updates through call reports for regular team meetings and platforms such as CRM (Salesforce) and MS Teams.
· Additional Responsibilities

- Other duties as assigned to achieve organisational goals.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma holder.
- Relevant experience in project management, marketing, business development and/or industry partnerships (at least 3-5 years).
- Experience in the Executive Education space with exposure to both local and overseas markets will be an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and Generative AI softwares.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- People-centric and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Self-driven, resourceful, solutions-oriented and committed individual.
The successful candidate will be offered a 3-year contract with a view to renewal.
