In this role, you’ll play a key part in making continuing education more accessible through the effective implementation of various funding schemes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure timely task completion in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure the prompt and accurate processing of credit notes, billing requests, and budget top-ups for courses, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Coordinate with Course Administrators, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure the timely and accurate disbursement of training fees to faculty members and professional officers monthly.
- Review and approve the creation of new company accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all submitted information.
- Assist in the preparation of both routine and ad-hoc reports for Grantors and management, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all records and reports, adhering to organisational and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather data from various sources, including spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Maintain and regularly update data sources and spreadsheets to ensure ongoing accuracy, reliability, and completeness.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer orientation with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and practical solutions.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions and organisational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and data reporting tools.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with IT systems and tools is an advantage, particularly in relation to software applications and data security protocols.
