Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Registrar's Office, the Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for the operations related to graduation and the divisions’ administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer processes pertaining to graduation, including student status and issuance of graduation documents
  • Plan, coordinate and organise the graduation ceremonies
  • Liaise with internal divisions, overseas partner universities and vendors to ensure the smooth running of graduation ceremonies
  • Assist in administration of awards, including nominations and interviews
  • Attend to enquiries
  • Support division’s administrative matters
  • Any other duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

  • A recognised degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative and with good interpersonal skills
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
