The Talent Acquisition team plays an integral part in making SIT a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain our talents.

We are seeking a team member who is dynamic, resourceful and experienced in recruiting and business partnering to join our Human Resource Division as the Manager for Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering.

The incumbent will support the respective divisions through strong business partnering and managing end-to-end recruitment activities to meet current hiring demands and create strong talent pipeline for SIT’s future manpower needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of daily HR operations including recruitment, salary recommendations, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement and advisory services on HR policies and procedures
• Coach and provide guidance to stakeholders in people and performance management
• Engage with the Line Managers to assess their business needs for manpower deployment and partner with them to develop and deploy preventive measures
• Perform end-to-end recruitment – not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify and understand recruitment needs
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop job postings for talent attraction
• Utilize recruiting tools and resources to enhance the recruitment process
• Actively engage job candidates to enhance positive candidate experience
• Participate in talent acquisition related projects such as process improvement, new technology adoption etc
• Generate recruiting metric and activity reports
• Any other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field
  • At least 8 years of full-time work experience in a relevant role
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally well versed in sourcing methodologies (e.g. using LinkedIn, Job Boards, PageUp) and other recruitment tools and usage of Applicant Tracking System and data management using HRIS systems such as SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to navigate in a dynamic and fluid environment where quality and speed are of the essence
  • Well-connected and resourceful in drawing valuable information or insights from internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent critical analytical thinking skills, detailed-oriented, structured, consistent follow-through
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication
  • IHRP Certification preferred
