Position Overview:
SITLEARN is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to join the Client and Partner Development team. You will be responsible for driving the client and partner development goals for SITLEARN's professional development programmes which includes but not limited to new client acquisition, large key account management and partnership development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in sales and business development, solutions selling, team development and a passion for shaping the future of learning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Program Development:
    • Working across both internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute Continuing Education & Training (CET) and SkillsFuture courses.
    • Lead client/partner engagement processes and support strategic projects to align with the division’s objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Facilitate discussions with academic faculty and external clients/partners to develop impactful learning solutions.
    • Negotiate agreements and perform market research to ensure course offerings meet industry needs.
    • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, managing pipelines and revenue projections for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Represent the division on relevant committees, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items and progress updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum on key initiatives.
  • Management Reporting and Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting the division’s achievements and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Consolidate committee updates and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance and Feedback:
    • Work closely with the Programme Management & Operations and Marketing & Insights teams to uphold course delivery standards.
    • Participate in post-course evaluations, gathering feedback to implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Process Excellence:
    • Work closely with the Programme Management & Operations and Marketing & Insights teams to uphold course delivery standards.

  • Process Management:
    • Ensure adherence to processes for partnership agreements, including contracts, MOUs, and other obligations.
    • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems and other platforms.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the Assistant/Deputy Director, contributing to the division’s broader objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Tertiary qualification with at least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within an academic or professional training environment.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving strategic goals.
  •  
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s CET landscape, including SkillsFuture initiatives and funding mechanisms.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, adept at building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data-driven reporting, metrics analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Strong B2B networks in the professional development sector.
