Manager (Adaptive Learning)

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join SIT’s Centre for Learning Environment and Assessment Development (CoLEAD) as a Manager (Adaptive Learning). CoLEAD supports and advances teaching and learning practices in SIT. Currently, CoLEAD manages and facilitates three adaptive online courses for incoming Freshmen to bridge them on pre-requisite knowledge in Math, Physics and Chemistry before they start first-year studies. These courses have been developed over several years by our dynamic team of academics, content developers, media producers and learning designers. In our continued efforts to improve the courses and learning experience for our students, we are embarking on a design enhancement and migration to a new adaptive courseware platform.

Assistant Manager/Manager, Student Engagement

The Student Engagement Assitant Manager/Manager is responsible for using appropriate tools/platforms to better understand how and what types of student engagement works best.
