Prior Learning Assessment Manager

The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) is looking for an experienced administrator to serve as Prior Learning Assessment Manager. He/she will work closely with academic staff and colleagues of relevant divisions to coordinate and evaluate prior learning of a learner for the purpose of credit recognition for the programs offered under the Competency-Based Stackable Micro-Credential (CSM) pathway. He/she will also provide advice to candidates or learners who are interested in applying for recognition of prior learning (RPL). The manager will coordinate the requirements of RPL with the academic staff, track all incoming applications from learners applying for RPL and be well-versed with maintaining and administering records of prior learning via an effective system. He/she should also be someone who stays abreast of trends and familiar with the assessment of prior learning. In this role, he/she will be part of the SIT Teaching and Learning Academy (STLA). STLA will be building capability in the University to provide competency-based education for adult learners.

Assistant Manager, Centre for Digital Enablement
