For this role, your primary area of responsibility is on industry innovation projects where you will be part of the team involved in the digitization of book keeping and financial statement preparation process.
Technical Officer Chemical Engineering and Food Technology Contract
SIT is setting up a Shared Pilot Facility (SPF) for small batch production at the Food Hub @ Senoko to support innovation in the industry. The facility aims to accelerate the commercialisation of new products in the industry by allowing food manufacturers, especially start-ups and SMEs, to test the commercial viability of products after conceptualisation before making the leap to full-scale production. We are looking for a motivated individual to join SIT and support the SPF as the Technical officer. The incumbent shall be responsible for the technical support in the facility including operating and maintaining steam boilers and air compressor and report to the Centre Head who has overall responsibility for the SPF.

The Applied Research, Innovation and Enterprise (ARIE) Division supports the academic clusters in their pursuit of applied research and innovation in partnership with industry, as well as in entrepreneurship development. The division works with our academic staff, industry partners, technology vendors and government agencies to co-develop, experiment and prototype innovative ideas in the areas of business processes, technologies, service delivery, products and business models. It also supports the setting up of Technology Innovation Centres, leveraging on government’s efforts to develop a new digital economy based on relevant Industry Transformation Maps and skills frameworks. The Technology Innovation Centres catalyze industry collaboration, technology and business innovations, training of students, as well as upskilling and reskilling of professionals and technical specialists. The division also runs programmes, events and activities to instill an innovation culture in SIT and the partners we work with and inculcate entrepreneurship spirit in our applied research, innovation and training programmes.
Senior Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager, Admissions (Policy & Operations) Admissions Contract
The Senior Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager, Admissions, is responsible for assisting in the implementation of all matters relating to the admissions of students to the university. He/she will also play a role in the administering of Financial Aid to the students of SIT.

A Professional Officer has a combination of job responsibilities relating to the following: mentor and facilitate student learning, participate in and manage innovation projects and manage laboratory resources. For this role, your primary area of responsibility is to work on an augmented reality (AR) enabled vocational training project, where you will be part of the team to programme the AR platform using C# and Unity 3D engine. You will work closely with other team members to gather and document requirements and turn them into detailed components. You will also be asked to revise, update and debug code to meet system requirements and provide technical support for system testing. In addition, you will also perform game design which will integrate with the augmented reality platform.
