The Assistant Director of Student Life reports directly to the Director, Student Life and is responsible in managing and implementing of strategies for the division that are aligned with SIT corporate strategic goals. This includes the planning and development of the division and its programmes across all six SIT campuses. The Assistant Director contributes to the creation of a vibrant student life and university campus, building upon the division’s six main pillars: Leadership Development, Global Citizenship, Diversity and Inclusion, Arts and Culture, Sports Development and Student Organizations. These pillars exist to create a holistic educational environment to enrich students, develop their leadership skills and create opportunities for students to network with industry partners.
Manager, Centre for Career Readiness (Career Coach) Counselling Contract

Senior Manager Programme Management Contract
The Senior Manager/Manager, Admissions (Policy & Operations), is responsible for leading a team in effectively managing the Admissions operations required to support the Division's key task of recruiting qualified applicants for admissions to the Singapore Institute of Technology in accordance with both SIT as well as Overseas University Partners' admissions standards. He/she is responsible for managing the annual SIT admissions exercise to achieve application and matriculation targets. He/she will be expected to play a key operational role, which includes running the annual Admissions exercise and also managing the Student Information System. This position also contributes to supporting all of the Division's focus areas, including recruitment and outreach, financial assistance and scholarships. Professional Officer (Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering) - Project (DK) Engineering Contract

For this role, your primary area of responsibility is on industry innovation projects where you will be part of the team to develop a model and framework as a tool for ships to be able to analyse ship’s energy conversion system and to select suitable environmental technologies with the maximisation of energy conservation as the primary objective. The developed model will allow ship owners to plan for their operations to cope with energy cost and to comply with upcoming regulations in a sustainable way. The outcomes of the proposed project are the following: • tools for the analysis of ship’s energy conversion system, including propulsion system, diesel-generator sets, auxiliary systems, propeller element and ship longitudinal movement; • framework for ship owners to select and/or consider environmental technologies suitable for their ships and operations; and • a multiple-criteria framework for the selection of suitable energy conversion systems (including prime mover) on the basis of cost, environmental and safety consideration and its monitoring onboard ships.

Technical Officer (Shared Pilot Facility) Chemical Engineering and Food Technology Contract
SIT is setting up a Shared Pilot Facility (SPF) for small batch production at the Food Hub @ Senoko to support innovation in the industry. The facility aims to accelerate the commercialisation of new products in the industry by allowing food manufacturers, especially start-ups and SMEs, to test the commercial viability of products after conceptualisation before making the leap to full-scale production. We are looking for a motivated individual to join SIT and support the SPF as the Technical officer. The incumbent shall be responsible for the technical support in the facility including operating and maintaining steam boilers and air compressor and report to the Centre Head who has overall responsibility for the SPF.
